Welcome

I have extensive experience working with a range of populations, including LGBTQ+, and specialize in complex trauma, ADHD, group/team dynamics, organization development, and individual wellness.

My style as a therapist is collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental, with a bit of humor thrown in for good measure.

Together, we'll explore your experience and determine the best road ahead.

My approach focuses on combining creative approaches such art therapy, mindfulness, and integration, alongside gold-standard tools such as cognitive behavioral therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and graded exposure therapy.

However, there is no cookie-cutter approach. I view our work as a vehicle for growth and change and as a process that must be tailored to each individual's needs and situation.

I completed my training at Stanford University, Stanford Medical School, and Palo Alto University (PGSP-Stanford Consortium). I have worked as a clinician, researcher, coach, and organizational psychologist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as a variety of other locations.

I also completed a fellowship in organizational psychology at the National Center for Organization Development, including ICF certification in coaching, the Excellence in Government fellowship, and I am a certified mindfulness instructor.
